1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase or delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items.
  • Customized or prescription eyewear.

2. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing Timeline

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Gift Cards: Refunds for items purchased with a gift card will be issued as store credit.

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by BlyCredit (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 10% for certain items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

3.1. In-Store Purchases

  • Our team will inspect the item and process your return or refund request.

3.2. Online Purchases

7. Store Credit and Gift Cards

  • Store credit issued for returns does not expire and can be used for in-store or online purchases.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Late Returns: Items returned after the 30-day window may be accepted at BlyCredit’s discretion and may incur additional fees.
  • Policy Misuse: BlyCredit reserves the right to deny returns or refunds if we suspect abuse of this policy.
